This was a particularly fun and challenging program! Our client wanted to leverage the name of their organization’s Vice President, Adrian Jones, to create an ‘Indiana Jones’ theme. We decided to go for a movie poster look and feel while strictly adhering to the client’s strict branding guidelines at the time. Once the initial concept was approved, we were full-steam ahead with ‘soup-to-nuts’ management of the program. 1,179 Partner Business Managers were flown in to the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California from all points of the United States, Canada and Latin America.
FSMG managed every aspect of this program, from theme development, venue research and negotiation, registration, signage, opening video (and out-takes video) production, solutions fair layout and management, food and beverage management, audio/visual management, third party billing and management, onsite support and overall budget and timeline management. It was a labor of great joy for the entire FSMG team.
