This three-day event took place at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. The purpose of these summits was to bring in the sales and marketing managers from HP’s largest distribution partners, update them on new products and programs coming that year and to conduct private, one-on-one planning meetings with each distributor and the various HP product categories. This entailed one general session, a solutions fair and over 26 breakout rooms.
Similar to our other larger events, we provided ‘soup-to-nuts’ management of the entire program – from theme development to complete registration services, venue management, general session production, A/V support of all 26 breakout rooms, solution fair layout and management, décor, offsite dine-arounds, onsite support, survey analysis and reporting and overall timeline and budget management.
