This annual event was a program to which we looked forward every year! Similar to the Indiana Jones and The Channel Crusade program, we managed every aspect of this multi-day, multi-breakout session event.
- Registration – Registration website, badges with individualized agendas for 500 attendees, registration package including a conference guide, lanyards and small branded promotional merchandise
- General Session – complete with a fully decorated set, audio/visual production, opening video and several executive speakers.
- Presentation templates – used in all general session and breakout session presentations.
- Breakout sessions – There were a total of seven classrooms each day for two and a half days. Attendees were assigned tracks depending upon their particular specialty and training requirements. FSMG worked with the content providers to prepare the room with A/V, equipment and signage and manned the doors to scan badges to collect attendance data. Each breakout session ended with surveys being distributed and collected by FSMG. Some sessions were only 15-20 participants, others were 150.
- Solutions Far – FSMG worked with the various product and solutions categories as well as third party sponsors to develop a solutions fair floor map, manage electrical and additional internet resources, create station signage and other booth specific specialty signage, design décor and develop the heavy hors oeuvres, open bar menu.
- Third party sponsorships – FSMG helped our client to develop sponsorship packages to make available for purchase to their third party partners. These packages included sponsoring:
Gold, silver and bronze packages
Booth space in the Solutions Fair
FSMG managed every aspect of this program, from theme development, venue research and negotiation, registration, signage, solutions fair layout and management, food and beverage management, audio/visual management, third party billing and management, onsite support and overall budget and timeline management. This program set the standard by which all our future programs were measured.
