Formula 1 United States Grand Prix at Circuit of The Americas
HP teamed up with Accenture to bring global customers from around the United States to attend the 2015 Formula 1 United States Grand Prix. Program included tickets for the full weekend of racing in a private suite for customers, lodging at a resort hotel, all food and beverage at the hotel and the race track, gifts, and transportation to and from the track. The program was so successful, planning has already started for the 2016 race!
VIP Experience with Luke Bryan
This was a unique opportunity to not only take clients to this highly sought-after concert, but also to hang out and take photos with the artist himself in a private, VIP lounge prior to the show! The program included one night stay at a resort hotel, dinner at the hotel prior to the concert, transportation to and from the concert and a commemorative picture frame to hold their photo with Luke.
Microsoft/HP Customer Appreciation Program at Six Flags Theme Parks
Microsoft partnered with HP to develop a customer appreciation program that allowed a customer up to four tickets for them and their family to attend a special event at a local Six Flags theme park. The program included all-access passes, private lunch, gift bag and spending vouchers. FSMG managed all aspects of the program:
- Invitations
- Registration site and reporting
- Ticket distribution including event logistics cover letter and customized park map
- Promotional merchandise procurement and gift bag collation
- Food and beverage management
- Overall timeline and budget management
